Andrea Goodman

Andrea S. Goodman is a leader in women’s and children’s health programs. As Maternal and Child Health Director at the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB), Andrea manages content strategy and communications with professional and public audiences and collaborates with key stakeholders to maximize capacity to influence health outcomes. Andrea has worked across a variety of subject areas in public health including immunization, breastfeeding, infant development, primary and maternity care, and tobacco cessation.

She holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College.

Andrea’s biggest accomplishment is her fully vaccinated, 2-year-old son Theo, lover of trucks, trains, and ice cream.
