Andrew Lindsay is a Research and Program Associate in the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law. Prior to joining the Center, Andrew was the Emerging Fellow for equal justice issues with the Roosevelt Institute and an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Harvard Law School with the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race and Justice.
