Andrew Rosen

Founder and Principal of AAgave LLC, Digital Media Entrepreneur and Consultant

Andrew A. Rosen is the founder and Principal of AAgave LLC, which
consults with digital media start-ups to help build their distribution
and monetization strategies around their online content.

He is currently consulting for BET.com, where he is overseeing and
coordinating the development and operational implementations of
expanding BET's digital marketing offerings, and of innovative ad
products on BET.com and across BET's Vertical Ad Network. He is also
responsible for business development initiatives with major portals.

Most recently, Mr. Rosen was at MTV Networks, where he served as the
Executive Director, Ad Products Strategy and Development, for the
Digital Fusion division of MTVN Digital Ad Sales. He was responsible
for overseeing and coordinating the creative development, operational
implementation, and research of innovative ad packages and ad units
for MTVN's online video content. His responsibilities also included:
building a competitive analysis of innovative video ad models in the
marketplace; leading the construction and implementation of the ad
delivery model for the new online full episode video players of MTV's
The Hills and Comedy Central's South Park; and, creating and
coordinating a strategy for selling new ad units and ad packages to
advertisers.

Prior to this, he served as Director of Digital Distribution for MTV
Networks Global Digital Media, where he developed, negotiated,
coordinated, and implemented MTVN distribution and innovation
partnerships on new platforms, including mRSS, widgets and Rich
Internet Applications. Additionally, while at MTVN he was responsible
for executing the Viacom-Adobe partnership as part of Viacom's $200M
acquisition of AtomFilms, and MTVN's partnership with Microsoft around
Windows Media Center Edition. He also directly oversaw centralized
digital marketing initiatives and partnerships, and was responsible
for devising and implementing moderation solutions for User-Generated
Content across all MTVN sites.

Mr. Rosen holds a BA in History with Distinction from Yale University
and a JD from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the
New York State Bar. Mr. Rosen has been published in the Wall Street
Journal Europe, the Financial Times, the New York University Journal
of International Law and Politics, and in the Penn State International
Law Review.

Mr. Rosen is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where
he is currently leading an initiative to integrate Web 2.0 into the
Term Member Program. Last summer, Andrew was invited to speak about
Web 2.0 at the US Special Operations Command in Tampa, FL by its
Commander, Admiral Erik T. Olsen.

Prior to attending NYU Law School, Andrew worked on the foreign policy
staffs for Sens. Edward M. Kennedy and Robert Torricelli and at
theNational Committee on American Foreign Policy in New York.
