Angela Buttimer, MS, CHC, NCC, RYT, LPC is a licensed psychotherapist, certified coach, professional speaker, TEDx speaker and corporate trainer. She specializes in mindfulness/mindful performance/stress reduction and is the author of CALM: Choosing To Live Mindfully. She has spoken around the country to a variety of audiences on the topic of Stress, Mindfulness, & Mindful Performance. She has spent the last couple of decades working with executives and individuals on lowering stress to perform at their best. Angela has a background in behavioral psychology, corporate training, executive coaching and organizational development. She is a facilitator and program developer at Chapman Cancer Wellness Piedmont and founded the Mindfulness Program for cancer patients and their families over 11 years ago.She is partner at Atlanta Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being and enjoys working with individual and organizational clients.
