Angie Lillehei

Speaker, writer, consultant in sleep, health and healing, and well-being

As a health care leader, Angie Lillehei, PhD, MPH, RN, has a worked in a variety of health systems. With an interest in integrative healing, she recently completed her PhD with a successful randomized controlled study on the effect of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) on sleep with college students. She has published and presented her research in a variety of venues. To continue to broaden her expertise and skills, she completed an Advanced Clinical Aromatherapy course in Provence this past summer and a Leadership Program in Integrative Healthcare at Duke University. She is currently consulting in strategic management and integrative healing. Her personal goal is to help lead the shift in paradigm from medical care to healing and well-being combining integrative healing, health care leadership, public health, and a systematic upstream approach. Additionally she continues her interest in improving sleep. She is available for speaking, writing, teaching, program development and management consulting.
