Antonio Di Pietro is president of Italy of Values, a party founded in 2000 in response to the need for legality, democracy and justice in the country,
At the beginning of the 70s he emigrates in Germany to work as a worker. He then returns to Italy to enroll in the law faculty of Milan, while working as civil employee in the military aeronavy. Two years after he graduated, he became local secretary and then police chief.

From 1981 to 1994 he worked as a judge first in the city of Bergamo, then in Milan.

In 1996 he became minister of public works under the first Prodi government. In 1997, he got elected senator for the republic. Later, he will become Euro-parliamentarian and in 2006, he was nominated minister of the infrastructures. Today he is a deputy.

Under his leadership, Italy of Values party is present in the Italian Parliament and EU Parliament.
