A primary care physician, Anu Gupta believes in philanthropy’s potential to galvanize partnerships and catalyze out of the box solutions to long-standing societal challenges. Until recently, Dr. Gupta was Executive Director for Strategic Alliances and Grantmaking in the Worldwide Corporate Contributions group at Johnson & Johnson. She set strategic direction and oversaw grantmaking initiatives focused on preventing diseases in vulnerable populations including HIV/AIDS, mental health and caregiving. Under her leadership, Johnson & Johnson granted over $35 million toward the elimination of pediatric AIDS.
