Aparna Vashisht

Aparna Vashisht-Rota is a parent who wants to impact education change. She is the Founder and CEO of Parentella, a parent teacher network. For room parents, Parentella also has a volunteer management application. Parentella's mission is to bridge the school-home connection by enhanced parent-teacher communication.

Aparna is passionate about evolving education and bringing it to the 21st Century as our kids desperately need it. She believes that parents are the key and they must be educated and informed and active participants. Aparna has spoken at various conferences on topics such as "Twitter and Education," "Real Time Communication," and "Teaching Kids about their Digital Footprint."
