Since 2011 Ashleigh has volunteered her time and efforts to the international organization Global Dignity, whose mission was in sync with her vision of a school system that was based on the dignity of others. In 2014 she was appointed as the Bahamas' Country Chair of Global Dignity by Prince Haakon of Norway. Working in tandem with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture, Ashleigh has directly impacted thousands of school children in the 5 years since Global Dignity's debut in the Bahamas. In October of 2014 the Government of the Bahamas awarded Ashleigh with the "Bahamas' Most Outstanding Youth Award" recognizing her as a forward thinker in Bahamian society. Ashleigh Rolle is an official Grand Life ambassador for the island of Grand Bahama, having recently being given this title in 2015 by the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board.
