Mr. Sanders graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in History and Economics in 2007. He worked as a stock broker and manager at one of world’s largest asset management companies through the most recent financial crisis and up until 2013. In those years, he earned his M.B.A. from Liberty University. Mr. Sanders enrolled at the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013. While studying at Wake Forest University School of Law, Mr. Sanders won awards for papers written on the subjects of Securities Litigation, Securities Regulation, Broker-Dealer Regulation, M&A Transaction Drafting and Legal History. He won the E. McGruder Farris Award for his scholarship and leadership upon graduation. Mr. Sanders has worked in corporate and securities law practice groups for law firms in Italy and the United States.
