Aysha Ives

Best selling Author, Therapist, and Mental Health Journalist

Aysha Ives, M.S. graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Psychology and then went on to pursue her graduate degree in Psychology at Virginia State University. She is currently a Virginia based Therapist and has worked in the mental health field for over a decade. Aysha is also a Mental Health Journalist and has written for PsychCentral,The Huffington Post, The Insight Bulletin, and Mind Over Media among others with upcoming bylines in EBONY Magazine and The American Psychological Association's (APA) The Monitor on Psychology. Aysha writes a monthly mental health column for a Richmond, VA based print newspaper, The Northside Vibes, and maintains her own blog at www.AskAysha.org. She is also the Author of three best-selling books.
