I was born in Baltimore April 28, 1946, presently residing in Atlanta.
I graduated University of Maryland, BS in English, Certificate in Paralegal Studies
I served as a Naval Veteran – Nuclear Submariner. I am the President and Owner: Montgomery Abstract Associates, with additional real estate transactional experience with Wheeler & Korpeck, a Silver Spring, Maryland law firm, and First American Title Insurance Company as a Commercial Title Officer in their National Commercial Division. I wrote the Maryland Title Searchers Handbook, published by Michie Company, a division of Lexis-Nexis legal publishers. I served as President of the Maryland Land Title Association and as Governor of the American Land Title Association.
