Freelance writer, blogger, wife, and grieving mother

Beth Adamo is a freelance writer with nearly 20 years of experience in online and print communications. She is also a wife and mother of three children (one who has passed).

Beth recently launched her own business Beth Adamo Creative, where she helps clients promote their products and services, including healthcare, education, and the arts. A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Beth received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and her Master of Arts from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada — both in art history. She is the author of The Lord of the Golden Tower (White Lotus Co. Ltd., Bangkok, 1996). She is also the recipient of the Hermes Platinum Award for Writing (2010) for her article “Picking Up the Pieces,” originally published in Choices magazine by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island.

Beth is a grieving mother whose blog Beth’s Girls + Boy chronicles her grief journey following the unexpected death of her daughter in 2007.
