Beth Andress

Beth Andress is the coordinator for the City of Casper’s Keep Casper Beautiful program. She has worked for the City for 12 years and also manages the City’s stormwater education program and serves as the public information representative for the public services department. An active member of Casper’s theatre and performing arts community, Beth has appeared in local theatre and film productions. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in English and Communications.
