Billie K. Fidlin is Director of Outreach, with the Desert Southwest Conference, United Methodist Church, in Phoenix, AZ. She is also founder and President of Whisper n Thunder, a Native American / First Nations nonprofit. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Fidlin hails from Port Huron, Michigan, and her graduate studies were at Claremont School of Theology. In her current position with the Desert Southwest Conference she staffs 49 areas in justice, mission and leadership development.
