Bob Higgins was born in Hartford, Conn on 8/17/44. He is a lifelong liberal of the Tom Paine wing and a Marine veteran of Vietnam. He has worked in San Francisco and Chicago as a photographer, cab driver, bartender, carpenter and cabinetmaker.
