Bobbie Brinegar is an experienced nonprofit executive skilled in organizational development, she has a history of creating new programs and building broad-based coalitions. Before becoming executive director of OWL - The Voice of Women 40+, she played a leadership role with Verified Voting Foundation, an initiative to ensure fair and transparent election procedures and reliable and secure voting systems; she also served as a strategic consultant to number of nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Bobbie has served as president of the League of Women Voters, Miami-Dade County, as a board member of the YWCA of Miami-Dade County, and as D.C. Director of the Miami–Dade Election Reform Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Florida International University and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Barry University.
