Brad Hoylman is the Democratic State Senator for New York's 27th District, which includes the Manhattan neighborhoods of the Upper West Side, Midtown, Times Square, Chelsea and Greenwich Village. He was first elected to the State Senate in 2012 and currently serves as the Ranking Member of the Senate Environmental Conservation Committee.
