Brad Lev

Host, Studio Gourmet

Brad Lev has been in the Hospitality industry for close to 20 years! He has worked in almost every position in the restaurant from Line Cook to Front of the House Manager and even had a short stint working in the IT industry. In 2004, he decided that Food was his passion and started his own business called LITKitchen in Atlanta, Ga. LIT stood for “Learning Innovative Techniques” in the Kitchen and the focus was to host interactive Culinary Events. In 2006, he opened up a 5,000 sq foot Event space in where he started to host all kinds of events from Weddings to birthdays and everything in between. He also started something called “Get LIT at Sunset” which was an umbrella for a variety of unique events that he started to host at his venue to bring in additional revenue during the week. Some of these events were Swinging Sushi (Sushi Class with Swing Dance Lessons) to a Tango & Tapas (Tapas Cooking Class with Tango Lessons) & Studio Gourmet! In 2010, he closed his business and moved back to the Bay area! Once he got here, he thought that San Francisco was the perfect place to start up Studio Gourmet and now we are on our 8th show! So, it seems to be going pretty good!
