Brad Russell is the founder of the Washington West International Film Festival. He believes that the Washington, DC region is primed to be a prestigious host-location for a major east coast film event and that the film festival could be a catalyst for inspiring thousands to participate in real-life stories of hope. Brad is also a pastor, leading the Dulles Community Church which he founded in Chantilly, VA in 1999. Today, Brad leads both organizations with an impressive leadership base of executives, military, business, and education leaders, as well as extremely innovative entrepreneurs.
