Bradley Good

CEO, OurGroup Inc.

Bradley Good is the founder and CEO of OurGroup Inc., an online platform aimed at transforming the philanthropic industry. He is a frequent commenter and contributor to the philanthropic industry and has had personal meetings with over 1,000 individuals from charities internationally. He authored a white paper entitled "United Way's Strategic Imperatives & Fears."

With over 23 years of experience in creating, expanding and operating businesses in both the United States and Asia, Mr. Good's area of expertise is in creating strategic business cases and actionable implementation plans in order to realize organizational transformation. Before working with OurGroup, Mr. Good worked with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and A.T. Kearney, where he served as a strategy consultant to help U.S. and Asian companies enter and expand into various global markets. Mr. Good also served as a Managing Director at Scient Inc. and as the head of a retail banking network for a U.S. $61 billion asset financial services institution.

Mr. Good obtained a master’s of business administration and a master’s in East Asian studies from the University of Chicago. He also holds a bachelor’s of administration from the University of California-Berkeley. Mr. Good has both lived and worked in China and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. He also has a 4th Degree Black Belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. He is a native to California and currently resides in Los Angeles.
