I am 25 years old and I am a former collegiate athlete. I played both softball and basketball at Drew University, as well as basketball at Cal Lutheran University and Whittier College. I graduated Whittier College with a degree in Kinesiology in 2013. After graduating, I continued my athletic endeavors and started doing CrossFit as well as playing competitive dodgeball. I've had three major concussions in my life (as well as countless other knocks to the head) that have led me to where I am now - refiguring my life and navigating all of the twists and turns of anxiety and depression. I've been learning to take each day for what it is - an opportunity to heal and a chance to find myself again.
