Brian is a Vice President of the Willis North America Human Capital Practice. He is a strong proponent for self-determination and supporting holistic wellbeing through corporate culture and engagement strategies.
Brian is a change agent and valued advisor, helping companies develop and achieve short and long-term financial and cultural goals including health improvement, cost reduction and productivity objectives. He has a broad experience in human capital and management consulting working with a wide range of employers. Brian has been engaged with employers and national health insurers with product and services solutions from needs assessment, segmentation, gap analysis and future-state envisioning.
Brian is an innovator who understands clients’ needs for measurable results through flexible, scalable systems and strong internal and external partnerships. At Willis, Brian oversees the delivery of all aspects of servicing for his clients from implementation through member experience. Brian applies management frameworks and analytic rigor to identify, evaluate and address gaps and opportunities to provide proactive and actionable insights into multi-year health and welfare benefit solutions.
Brian has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a MPH from Columbia University. His work at Columbia focused on epidemiology with a concentration on disease management. Brian has 18 years of experience in the industry and lives in Chicago, IL.
