Dr. Leslie currently serves as Chancellor of the Alamo Colleges, a large, urban system of five community colleges in San Antonio, Texas. He has been a community college CEO for 28 years as Chancellor Emeritus of the Houston Community College System, Former Chancellor of the Connecticut Community College System and President of Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York.
He serves also as President of RC-2020, an international organization of urban community college CEOs, Board Treasurer of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), and director of several community-based boards in San Antonio, Texas.
