National Programs Director, Neighborhood Cats

I'm currently the director of national programs for Neighborhood Cats, a feral cat advocacy and educational group which I co-founded in 1999. From 2010 through 2015, I worked as a grants program manager for PetSmart Charities, overseeing over $21 million in TNR and spay/neuter projects. I've written and produced many of the leading educational materials on Trap-Neuter-Return, including the Neighborhood Cats TNR Handbook and Community TNR: Tactics and Tools, and have received several awards from the Cat Writers Association. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
