Kimberly Inskeep

Chief Culture Officer and President, cabi

Believing that today’s woman has greater confidence in charting her own course, Kimberly Inskeep joined with partners in 2002 to provide an alternative that would change not only the way women shop, but in so doing, change the way they work. As the world of retail dissolved into a service-less, disappointing experience, Kimberly was integral in flipping the switch on the shopping experience and launched cabi, a women’s clothing company that offers a progressive alternative to traditional shopping and the world of work through an innovative “people first” approach to all aspects of the business. As Founder, President, and Chief Culture Officer, she crafted the cabi business model which leverages the natural strengths of the women it champions, transforming how women see and feel about themselves. Her commitment to “culture first” has fostered a unique culture that is defying industry conventions resulting in one of the biggest innovations the retail industry has ever seen. Prior to beginning cabi, Kimberly spent several years working in finance and international management consulting with BlessingWhite, Inc. and Norwest Corporation (now Wells Fargo & Company). She attended Bethel University and the University of St. Thomas.
