Caitlin Burton leads business development for Grameen Foundation across Africa, where she is responsible for building partnerships and designing solutions that address the drivers of poverty in key East and West African markets. She previously worked for Doctors Without Borders in South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo, where she helped plan and deliver urgent health and humanitarian programs. Caitlin is passionate about finding, proving, and scaling what works in poverty alleviation and rural economic development worldwide. She is based in Uganda and holds a MPA in International Development from Cornell University.
