Caitlin is an international development professional focusing in legal empowerment, conflict resolution, and natural resource governance. She is currently based in Myanmar. Previously she was a Presidential Fellow at Open Society Foundations and spent two years working for USAID. She has an MPA from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. She is also a freelance photographer.
