I have always had a commercial mindset, from making shoes out of paper at age 5, to selling home made biscuits to the builders at the bottom of my driveway at age 12. But my real passion for investing and building financial independence was not triggered until I started working part time in a bar, whilst studying full time doing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Marketing at Macquarie University.

After a valuable life lesson with my father, I made my first investment at 18, and received my first dividend cheque. That was a powerful moment in my life where I realised that I need show people how to set themselves up financially for life. Particularly women.

And I really believe that most women do not realise how much power they hold in their hands. Even the smallest bit of knowledge can make a huge difference in your financial future, headspace and relationship with money and wealth.

Which is why (after serious encouragement from my very special client, Miss Chloe Morello), I started SugarMamma.TV. To serve as not only an educational platform for everyone to access my knowledge, experience and information, but to more importantly inspire you to believe in yourself and empower you to step up to the plate.

By having established financial freedom for yourself, you can go do the things that make you feel alive, fulfilled and connected to the world. Whether your desire be to quit your job and retire, be a full time mother (and a financially independent one), go back to school and further your studies, start your own business or even start your own charity!

I am a single mother, but an independent one and just like you, I love to surround myself beautiful things that inspire me, and provide me with a healthy balance in life, including travel, food, adventures and even the odd luxury handbag purchase!
