Carl Thor Dahlman, PhD, is Professor of International Studies in the Department of Global and Intercultural Studies at Miami University. He is the co-author, along with Dr. Gerard Toal, of Bosnia Remade: Ethnic Cleansing and its Reversal (Oxford University Press, 2011). Professor Dahlman specializes in conflict-related population studies in Europe and the Middle East and is currently working on a book about political culture in Kosovo.
