Carmen Peláez won the 2012 HBO New York International Latino Film Festival Short Film Competition for her short THE ACTING LESSON which she produced and directed.
Most recently she completed her second play FAKE and finished her second short film A QUEEN WITHOUT HIS CROWN. Currently she's developing her feature APARTAMENTO.
