Caroline Pugh is the Chief of Staff at NavHealth, a healthcare data analytics company based in Washington D.C. Caroline was previously the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of VirtualU, a tech startup that developed 3D human scanning technology. Pugh was the former Global Director of Partnerships and the Washington, D.C., President of Kairos Society, one of the world's largest student-run nonprofit organizations for entrepreneurship. She also used to work at the National Eye Institute, testing software that would predict whether people would become blind later in their lives. She is also a contributor on entrepreneurship for the Huffington Post. Caroline Post and was recently named "15 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2015" by Entrepreneur magazine, and has been cited in Forbes, the Washington Post, Fox News, NBC, TechCrunch and Wall Street Journal for her work.
