Carolyn founded Impowerage, a dynamic online magazine for 50 + health and wellness. Impowerage was set up to raise money for eye diseases like macular degeneration.
Dr. Anderson graduated from medical school at the University of British Columbia in 1994 and completed her residency in 1999 with training at The University of British Columbia, Stanford University and The University of Western Australia. In addition to being a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons with a specialist designation in Ophthalmology, Dr. Anderson completed a Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics, is an expert in aging and psychoneuroimmunology, and has worked extensively in the area of Cancer research.
