Catharine Lo Griffin

An independent journalist since 1998, Catharine Lo Griffin writes about people and places in Hawaii. In 2016, she co-authored the annual report "he lono moku, The State of the Environment: Hawai‘i." From 2010-2015, she was Communications Director for clean energy advocate Blue Planet Foundation. She has also served as the Washington Bureau Manager for Wired, Editor-at-Large for Honolulu Weekly, and Founding Editor of Free Surf Magazine.
