Catherine Down is the Assistant Editor for Paris by Mouth. Recently called “the definitive blog on the city’s food and wine scene” by the Wall Street Journal, Paris by Mouth is a collaborative website that is changing the way people find and appreciate delicious things in Paris.
Prior to moving to Paris, she launched and edited Edible DC magazine, part of the James Beard award-winning network of local food magazines from Edible Communities. She could happily eat nothing but cheese every day.
