Catherine Powell is co-coordinator for the Campaign for a New Domestic Human Rights Agenda and an associate professor of law at Fordham Law School. She co-chairs the American Constitution Society's Working Group on International Law and the Constitution. Professor Powell is also on the Human Rights Watch board and chairs the Human Rights Watch/U.S. Program Advisory Committee.
