Catherine Seraphin

Catherine Seraphin is the Assistant Editor, Online Specialist for Carnegie Communications. There, she edits and posts contributed blog entries for the new college and scholarship search website, CollegeXpress, where she also acts as the Student Life blogger. Catherine writes articles and edits content for Alloy’s print publications: Careers and Colleges, Private Colleges & Universities, Public Colleges & Universities, American Colleges & Universities, and Minority Nurse Magazine. Catherine graduated in 2010 from Penn State University with a degree in journalism, a minor in English, and course concentrations in business. She was previously an in-depth arts reporter for Penn State’s student-run newspaper, The Daily Collegian, and has both internship and professional experience in higher education public relations. At Penn State, she was involved with THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, and was an RA. She currently lives in Boston.
