Cathy Leibow

Cathy Leibow is a pioneer and leader in the Concierge industry. She founded a successful Work/Life/Concierge company in 1987 and successfully grew it into a multi-million dollar enterprise. For over 25 years, Cathy has worked with employers such as Apple, Genentech, Texas Instruments, Fidelity Investments, Nordstrom, and LeapFrog to offer benefit programs that enable employees and their family members to better balance their work and personal responsibilities. She is an expert on child care and aging workforce issues. Cathy also provided consulting services for the Great Place to Work Institute in order to create positive culture change and “best place to work” recognition.
