Coming into the world in 1988 and coming out to it in 2013, Chelsey Engel has always been unapologetically progressive and outspoken. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in communications and $60,000 in debt from Point Park University in 2011 and began adulting in 2012 when she was hired by the United Steelworkers (USW).
