Advancing human rights globally through advocacy and analysis
The International Human Rights Clinic (IHRC) at the University of Chicago Law School works for the promotion of social and economic justice globally, including in the United States. IHRC uses international human rights laws and norms, as well as other substantive laws and strategies, to draw attention to human rights violations, develop practical solutions to those problems using interdisciplinary methodologies, and promote accountability on the part of state and non-state actors. Posts are authored by IHRC faculty and students.
