Chris Freytag is a nationally-recognized fitness expert, speaker, contributor to <em>Prevention</em> magazine and an author of several books, including her latest, <em>Get Started with Weight Loss</em>. Chris shares her healthy living tips weekly on the Minneapolis NBC affiliate in a segment called Motivation Monday. She also has appeared nationally on the <em>Today</em> show and Lifetime TV. She has created dozens of workout DVDs to help people get fit and stay motivated. Her latest is called <em><a href="" rel="nofollow">Get Your Body Back</a></em>. Chris is passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels live healthier lives. She also is involved with several non-profit organizations geared toward helping youth get active.
