Mr. Johnson currently is IBM Global Business Services Leader for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics services in North America. These services primarily consist of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics used to report, identify, and capture operational cost saving and/or revenue enhancing opportunities for clients. He has 19 years of analytics consulting experience in a wide range of industries including government, transportation, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and telecommunications. Some of his current and past clients include: GlaxoSmithKleine, Merck, Aetna, U.S. Postal Service, Canada Post, Defense Logistics Agency, Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration, Express Scripts, WellPoint, and Nationwide.
