Christina Tobias-Nahi

Christina Tobias-Nahi has been working in the international sector for many years. She recently returned to her previous role as Director of Public Affairs & Institutional Funding at Islamic Relief USA where she served from late 2006-2011. This past summer she ran TechGirls, a summer program of the US State Department and Legacy International to bring emerging female leaders from the Middle East and North Africa to DC for leadership training. Just previous to that she spent a couple of years with the portfolio of Corporate Social Responsibility for Mead Johnson Nutrition and the Joint Council on International Children’s Services with a focus on orphan care and child nutrition. Christina holds a post graduate certificate in Community-based Development and an M.A. in International Relations from Boston University-Paris and spent two years working in Paris for the OECD. After that she obtained an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and worked at Harvard for nearly a decade within different think tanks. She is also an Oxfam Sisters on the Planet Ambassador.
