Christine P. Sun is Deputy Legal Director for the Southern Poverty Law Center and leads its LGBT Rights Project. The National LGBT Bar Association has recognized her as one of the best LGBT lawyers under 40. She has spoken nationally and internationally on civil-rights issues, including through a recent program hosted by the U.S. Department of State. She is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Law Review, and the University of California at Berkeley.
