Christopher Baxter is a statehouse reporter at NJ Advance Media in New Jersey, serving The Star-Ledger and NJ.com. In 2014, he won a Livingston Award for his four-month investigation, “Private Schools, Hidden Riches,” which uncovered questionable spending of taxpayer money at New Jersey’s private schools for disabled children. Baxter graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y.. This fall Baxter will be a Knight-Wallace Fellow at the University of Michigan.
