C.J. Shiloh, MT-BC
Ally of the Neurodiversity Movement and Board Certified Music Therapist in Maryland
C.J. Shiloh, MT-BC is an ally of the Neurodiversity Movement and co-Director of The Musical Autist, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Her advocacy efforts include curating and developing Sensory Friendly Concerts. These national events provide "equal access to the fine arts" and create "platforms for self-advocacy." If you would like to learn more about facilitating a Sensory Friendly Concert in your own community, C.J. has created an online course to help you do that. You can link to it at Music Therapy & Neuro Ed. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to support Sensory Friendly Concerts, you can contact TheMusicalAutist@gmail.com or click here.
C.J. is a Board Certified Music Therapist and owner of Annapolis Music Therapy Services, serving individuals on the autism spectrum, those with developmental disabilities, as well as older adults and those in hospice or hospital settings. She is strong believer in the power of music to sooth and to heal.
