Col. Paul Taylor currently serves as Army Congressional Budget Liaison. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Louisville, where he earned degrees in Political Science and Public Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for ZERO - The End of Prostate Cancer and as a spokesman for ZERO educating other men and families.
