Cole Zanetti, DO, MPH

Clinical Innovator and Primary care Physician

Dr. Cole Zanetti is a Clinical Innovator and Primary Care Physician at Iora Primary Care in Arvada. He was trained in Family Medicine and Leadership Preventive Medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. During his training he helped create a patient and caregiver lead co-production group where a group of 40 patients and caregivers designed their own peer support and learning experiences. They also advocated for change in each other, the local community and the local clinic. Dr. Zanetti currently serves as a Physician Advisory Committee member for the National Quality Forum. He is a recipient of the American College of Physicians, Primary Care Innovation Award. He has been trained in value-based healthcare through the Harvard business school’s intensive seminar. He also received a Certificate in leadership and community organizing through Harvard’s Kennedy School Executive Program. He has worked with the Positive Deviance Initiative on new applications within healthcare, the Dartmouth Center for Health Care Delivery Science on innovative mobile health initiatives in Haiti, was selected by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as a Thought Leader for their symposium on Health and Health Care in 2032, and was selected for a National Library of Medicine scholarship for a biomedical informatics training course. He received his Masters of Public Health from the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. He received his Osteopathic Medical Degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also holds a BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
