Connor Bamford
Scientist and science communication; mainly viruses and other micro-organisms
Connor is a postdoctoral researcher at the MRC University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research in the UK. He works on the cell biology of hepatitis C virus, an important human pathogen. Connor obtained his Ph.D in molecular virology at the Queen's University, Belfast researching mumps virus. When not at the lab bench, Connor is interested in all forms of science communication and public engagement.
