Connor Mangan

American Fulbright Scholar in China

A 2015-16 Fulbright Scholar, Connor Mangan is researching epidemic diseases in Hangzhou, China, collaborating with Zhejiang University Medical School and the Chinese Centers for Disease Control. He graduated from Harvard in May 2015, where he concentrated in Neurobiology and East Asian Studies and was a varsity lightweight rower. While in China, Mr. Mangan hopes to use medicine as a forum to facilitate dynamic cooperation between China, the United States, and nations around the world. In addition to his research, Mr. Mangan enjoys exploring new places, exercising, and spending time with his five siblings.
